1. Introduction

Welcome to Aman Deals (accessible from amandeals.com). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the fabrication/engineering services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Aman Deals are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, owing to the fluctuating market prices of raw materials (Steel, Iron, Aluminium, etc.).

• Final pricing will be confirmed only after a site inspection and finalization of blueprints/dimensions.
• Prices quoted exclude applicable taxes (GST), freight, and heavy machinery hiring charges (like cranes) unless explicitly mentioned in the official quotation.

3. Payment Terms

To initiate any fabrication project (Industrial Sheds, Rolling Shutters, Gates, etc.), a standard payment schedule must be followed:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 40% to 50% advance payment is required to procure raw materials and commence fabrication.
• Mid-Project Payment: 30% to 40% payment is due upon material delivery at the site or partial completion of the structure.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared immediately upon project completion and before final handover.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

While we pride ourselves on rapid deployment and strictly aim to meet agreed deadlines, completion dates are estimates based on normal working conditions.

Aman Deals shall not be held liable for project delays caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, material shortages in the market, or delays in site clearance by the client.

5. Material Quality and Warranty

We use high-grade materials (e.g., TATA/JSW sheets, ISMB channels, SS 304/316) as specified in your approved quotation.

• We provide a standard structural warranty against manufacturing defects and welding failures.
• This warranty is void if the structure is modified, tampered with, overloaded beyond specified limits, or damaged due to external factors/accidents after the handover.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of heavy fabrication and structural engineering, once raw materials have been cut, procured, or fabrication has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

If a project is cancelled by the client before fabrication begins, Aman Deals reserves the right to deduct administrative and structural design costs from the advance payment before issuing any partial refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the services provided by Aman Deals, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi / Noida, India.
